Dental Care Alliance is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team to drive new patient acquisition and customer retention strategies.
We are passionate about what we do and the difference our dentists make in our communities. Our Marketing Coordinators work closely with the Regional Managers to identify marketing opportunities and develop traditional media, digital marketing, social media marketing, and community-based initiatives to reach new patients. What you would be doing:
- Collaborate closely with regional managers to identify demographics and compelling messaging and price points for effective advertising, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
- Source and coordinate media buys for print, television, radio, outdoor & other venues as needed.
- Write and edit advertising copy and collaborate closely with external advertising agency to guide projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and execute branding initiatives to promote and position our dental offices as the best in their communities.
- Create marketing plans, track invoices, allocate resources, and provide ROI.
- Grow online presence through website updates, original content, online reputation management and social media interaction.
- Order promotional materials, coordinate event participation, and follow up on new patient acquisition leads.
- Create high-quality, accurate marketing collateral on deadline for multiple markets and audiences.


Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field, preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of marketing and advertising experience with multi-location company.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling calls-to-action.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, & verbal communication skills.
- Must work in a collaborate environment, be comfortable offering opinions and new ideas, and take direction well.
- A positive attitude when working with and helping others.
- Agency experience helpful, but not required.
