We are hiring a Dental Hygiene Assistant for our office located in Atlanta, GA (just north of downtown Atlanta). The ideal Dental Hygiene Assistant must have an x-ray license for the state of Georgia. The Dental Hygiene Assistant must have at least 1 year of Dental Hygiene Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

The Dental Hygiene Assistant provides not only advanced technical assistance, but also provides a reassuring and pleasing experience for the patient. Chair side assistance to the hygienist includes preparation of treatment rooms, instruments and tray setups for hygiene procedures, technical assistance during examinations and treatments, and other services requested by the hygienist. This position is responsible for a wide range of tasks in the dental office, ranging from patient care to administrative duties to laboratory functions. Proficiency and a positive attitude are cornerstones of this position. 

Qualifications

 
- Must have an x-ray license for the state of Georgia
- 1+ years' experience working as a Dental or Hygiene Assistant, or formal Dental Assistant training
