We are looking for a Dental Hygiene Assistant for our Woodstock, GA dental office. This is a full-time Dental Hygiene Assistant position. The ideal Dental Hygiene Assistant would have at least 3+ years' of experience with an x-ray license required and knowledge of presenting Treatment Plans and take multiple x-rays. Local Anesthesia is preferred. This position may assist in Hygiene or possibly assist with GP.

The Dental Hygiene Assistant provides not only advanced technical assistance, but also provides a reassuring and pleasing experience for the patient. Chair side assistance to the hygienist includes preparation of treatment rooms, instruments and tray setups for hygiene procedures, technical assistance during examinations and treatments, and other services requested by the hygienist. This position is responsible for a wide range of tasks in the dental office, ranging from patient care to administrative duties to laboratory functions. Proficiency and a positive attitude are cornerstones of this position. 



  • X-ray license for the state in which you work
  • Experience working as a Dental or Hygiene Assistant 
  • Local Anesthesia is preferred
  • Knowledge of Treatment Plans 
  • Experience taking multiple x-rays
