Dental Care Alliance, one of the Top 50 growth companies on Florida's Gulf Coast is seeking a full-time Paralegal. This position will run, administer and organize all project activities in coordination with and under the direction of our in-house legal counsel. Our ideal Paralegal candidate will have paralegal experience and will be confident they can provide in-house legal support in a comprehensive range of legal matters including mergers and affiliations, employment and immigration matters. We need a candidate that has exceptional attention to detail while meeting specific deadlines. Someone who is self-motivated, self-starter; and ability to prioritize projects without constant direction.


To perform this job successfully, the qualified individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Organizes and maintains master calendar of key dates relating to M&A transactions.
  • Assists in due diligence, tracking of diligence activities and findings, and drafting of basic corporate document required for M&A transactions.
  • Interfaces with internal management and external parties to coordinate signatures and deliverables for M&A transaction signings and closings.
  • Assists in drafting employment and independent contractor agreements
  • Provides support in preparing and submitting petitions and applications to USCIS, DOL, and other government agencies for temporary and permanent visas.
  • Organizes and maintains summary of all pending immigration matters and calendar of key dates.
  • Manages professional liability claims reporting and maintains summary of all pending claims and calendar of key dates.

  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant consistent experience in a Legal Assistant type of position with proven attention to detail while meeting specific deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working in Real Estate or Health Services organization, preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Software, preferred
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, must
  • Paralegal certification is preferred
