We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Training Department located at our Corporate office in Miami, FL. This is a full-time position. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a training department. We need someone that is organized that will help assist the Training Department to coodinate all training efforts and a maintain the Learning Management System. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that has strong computer skills and has the ability to problem solve. Experience with Microsoft office is required.

  • Maintain and update training calendar
  • Assist with coordination and scheduling of training-related events
  • Create and maintain all coursework materials, such as handouts, workbooks, etc.
  • Communicate with training participants
  • Review and maintain historical training data
  • Create and update curriculum information into LMS for ILT and e-Learning programs
  • Pull and create reports and spreadsheets as requested
  • Provide support to LMS users via help portal
  • Assist in the development of the quarterly newsletter
  • Assist the Training Team in all duties as required


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to problem-solve

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED or HSED)
  • Minimum 2 years office/clerical or administrative support experience, preferably in HR or Training
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities and the ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast paced work environment is a must
  • Must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
