    We are hiring a Dental Sterilization Technician for our affiliate practice; Dentist office of Hudson Valley, located in Lake Katerine, NY. Our sterilization tech will be responsible for sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment, while preparing the instruments and materials required to treat each patient. The Sterilization Technician will be responsible for setting up and cleaning rooms and ensuring a proper flow for multiple Doctors and Hygienist. We are looking for someone that is focused on attention to detail and works well in a fast paced environment. Recent Grads welcome to apply.

    Responsible  for the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory/office and all tray set ups. All disinfected instruments placed in sterilization. New instrument set up place on trays (mirror, explorer, syringe, gauze). Hand pieces sterilized, air way syringes wiped clean. Monitor operatory supplies. Pour and trims models. Assist with seating of  patients and treatment set up. Develop x-rays as needed. Insure cases ready for pick up.


    • Knowledge of dental office practices and equipment.
    • Up to one year experience in a dental office assisting other technicians or having completed classroom instruction in related areas of biology, chemistry, health, or preclinical instruction in dental assisting skills and related theory.
    • Experience working in a dental office breaking down rooms and sterilizing equipment
    • Demonstrated ability to do detailed work according to established formats and protocols.
    • Ability to interact effectively with other employees as well as with the general public.
