We are looking for a Dental Office Manager with 3 or more years of management experience; dental office experience is required; someone who is self-motivated, resolves conflicts, loves to learn, and has above average leadership skills. This person will be required to be well organized, have strong computer skills, love to work with numbers and have a very systematic approach to their work. We need a Manager with a strong work ethic that will commit and focus their time and energy into the success of the dental practice. This unique individual will oversee the daily operations of the dental office by managing employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals. They will also be responsible for office profit & loss by managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and miscellaneous operations expenses. Additional responsibilities include stimulating new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs. Administrative tasks such as financial report review, bank deposits, revenue posting, and staff payroll and bonus are a part of the operational responsibilities.
